Aspen Art Museum

Since 2005, the Aspen Art Museum and the Aspen Skiing Company have collaborated to bring contemporary art to audiences in unexpected places. Each year, an artist is commissioned to produce artworks that are used on lift tickets for the skiing and snowboarding season.

The Aspen Art Museum invites you to Buttermilk Ski Area to create your very own personalized lift ticket inspired by the work of Anne Collier, creator of the design for the 2014–15 Aspen Art Museum/Aspen Skiing Company lift ticket collaboration.

Create Your Own Lift Ticket workshop dates:

January 16, 6–8 PM: Elk Camp’s Ullr Night in Snowmass Ski Area

February 7, 2:30–4:30 PM: Plaza of Buttermilk Ski Area

Anne Collier’s exhibition is organized by the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. This exhibition is overseen in Aspen by Heidi Zuckerman, Nancy and Bob Magoon CEO and Director.
