    • Building is for the birds in this hands-on workshop where we will design and build take-home habitats out of natural and found materials for feathered friends. These unique sculptures will be both practical and beautiful homes for outdoor creatures!

    • Below the earth, Aspen’s rocks, minerals, soil, fossils, and crystals are waiting to be discovered! Daily observations and digs will provide the material for colorful charts, maps, and textiles that collectively tell a visual story of our local history. An installation of objects and artworks will be on display at the end of the session.

    • Become an eco-friendly designer! Students will be encouraged to dive into the future needs of fashion by creating a variety of sustainable fabrics, repurposing while developing the sewing skills necessary to create cool couture. We’ll wear and share our finished projects at a fashion show at the end of the week!
