      Homeschool Workshop

The AAM tailors special visits and workshops for homeschool families and programs in the Roaring Fork Valley. Each workshop provides an opportunity for parents and children to learn about contemporary art while creating a work of art together as a family. Parents also learn techniques and skills for creating their own art experiences at home. A complimentary brown bag lunch is included following the workshop.

    • In observance of changing the iterations of the yearlong exhibition Ritual, this special event will cultivate an appreciation of the metaphysical. Responding to the outgoing Psychedelic Prayer Rugs by Baseera Khan and incoming aura photographs by Anne Collier, the pop-up aura photography studio Radiant Human will be available to take individual or group portraits that capture the sitter’s aura through a chromatic photograph. We mark the middle of the day with a free, lunchtime guided meditation with Lindsay Gurley to connect deeper with oneself and the everyday.
