Sound Journey

Join us this Friday, October 1, at 8 a.m. on our rooftop for explorations of sound, breathwork, and meditation through the practices of Reiki, Somatic Ceremony, Qi Gong, and Sonic Alchemy as led by facilitators Parker Roe, Lauren B Love, and Brian Katz.
SO café will be open following the breathwork and sound meditation for those wishing to purchase healthy breakfast options, coffee, or tea.
Space is limited, so purchase your tickets here!
Tickets are $45 for members and $55 for non-members.
Non-members attending the event will have an opportunity to purchase memberships at a 10% discount.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow of your choice, and enter on the Spring Street stairwell.
