Join the AAM and the Aspen Hope Center to find out how art can help us imagine a more hopeful future!
The AAM and the AHC copresent Art and Wellness, a live interactive Zoom session using an AAM-provided complimentary art kit to help improve well-being at home and offer a chance to connect with others.
Jeanette Bullock, MS, ATR, and Aspen Hope Center school-based art therapist, presents a simple breath and muscle relaxation exercise and guided visualization to inspire participants to create a work of art based on their experiences using the art materials in their art kits.
