Calling all creative adults: find inspiration from artists and artworks and connect with others! Join AAM’s Artist Programs Coordinator Teresa Booth Brown and a presenting artist from the local community for a spirited conversation and art-making activity. This free program starts with a nontraditional discussion of a current exhibition and ends with an imaginative mixer.

Fall Break is a free, two-day program for middle school students. A museum educator works with each student to create a uniquely tailored experience creating art and exploring the interactive exhibition Hi, how are you Gonzo? by artist Abraham Cruzvillegas.
Active Art invites seniors to engage in the social dimensions of art. Each month, museum Educators bring free, memory-enhancing activities to the assisted living communities of Whitcomb Terrace in Aspen and Heritage Park in Carbondale, and also host art making in the museum’s Roof Deck Sculpture Garden with complimentary refreshments.
