      Rashid Johnson Performance

As part of the opening of Rashid Johnson’s exhibition, a special dance performance will be presented within the gallery space. Choreographed by Claudia Schreier, this newly commissioned work responds to balletic forms, Johnson’s work, and the site itself in this unmissable, singular performance. This event is free, but ticketed on a first come, first served basis.

    • The AAM is celebrating the opening of Rashid Johnson’s exhibition (Galleries 2 & 3) and John Armleder’s exhibition (Gallery 1) on Wednesday, July 3, beginning at 5:30 p.m., with a ticketed performance and gallery walkthrough with the AAM’s Nancy and Bob Magoon CEO and Director, Heidi Zuckerman! Join us for delicious snacks from SO Café, free wine and beer, music, and a complimentary art-making activity for all ages on Level 3.
