Aspen Art Museum

The Aspen Art Museum’s Teen Council aims to provide local high school students grades 9-12 with a platform to develop museum programming and an opportunity to act as a voice for their peers. Programs created by the Teen Council could consist of Movies at the Museum, art-making classes, slam poetry events, and more.

AAM Teen Council is for artists, art enthusiasts, and anyone interested in making the museum a space for youth of the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.

AAM Teen Council meets at the museum monthly, with dinner and public transportation reimbursement provided. Monthly meeting times at the AAM are to be determined, with additional meetings throughout the Roaring Fork Valley scheduled as needed.
