Aspen Art Museum

Arte al Aire Libre is a bilingual program for members of the Latino community. Participants will hike, work on restoration projects, make art, and visit the museum throughout the summer!

Join us for an afternoon hike on the Ditch Trail on Basalt Mountain on Sunday, July 18, at 3 p.m. We’ll walk through a diverse landscape that features wildflowers, thriving plants and trees, beautiful vistas, clear water, birds, butterflies, as well as recent wildfire scars and a long-abandoned cabin.

Be sure to bring your phone or digital camera so you can apply the outdoor photo skills our educators teach you. And remember, there’s no such thing as a bad photo!

Other items to bring: plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen.
