Join us for a livestreamed event inspired by the major exhibition Hervé Télémaque: A Hopscotch of the Mind, presented by Serpentine and Aspen Art Museum, celebrating the work of pioneering Haitian artist, Hervé Télémaque.
Double Language invites world-renowned artists, writers and thinkers to respond to the rich visual lexicon crafted by Télémaque, and explore how his decade-spanning practice continues to influence the role of language and literature in art today.
Join us on Tuesday, March 7, for a new program in partnership with the Aspen Library! Preschool-aged children accompanied by an adult are invited to participate in a story time and art project led by children’s librarian Noelle Edwards and Aspen Art Museum educator Courtney Kenny. This week we’ll be reading Too Many Birds by Cindy Derby and making our own unique birds with puff balls inspired by the book!

As part of our upcoming Youth Art Expo, we are offering puppet-making workshops every Wednesday through April. Students will use a combination of materials and objects to create unique and dynamic characters that will be displayed in the exhibition.

The Aspen art Museum and Anderson Ranch Arts Center is pleased to present The Aspen Art Museum Artist Fellows Exhibition, featuring the work of the 2022 AAM Artist Fellows- Leah Aegerter, Kris Cox, Chris Erickson, Paul Keefe, Shawna Miller, and Ali O’Neal. The exhibition will run from March 16th to April 28th, 9AM-5PM at Anderson Ranch’s Patton-Malott Gallery.
