      Homeschool Workshops

The AAM tailors special visits and workshops for homeschool families and programs in the Roaring Fork Valley. Each workshop provides an opportunity for parents and children to learn about contemporary art while creating a work of art together as a family. Parents also learn techniques and skills for creating their own art experiences at home. A complimentary brown bag lunch is included following the workshop.

    • Young artists in this workshop will create whimsical artworks all by hand. Huggable hand-sewn softies, decorative prints on wood, and colorful paper cuttings are just a few of the projects that will capture the beauty and charm of the handmade. Some artworks will be made as gifts to be given away at the end-of-week art show.
