    • Exhibition Opening Party
Artists in the Making is an eight-week program that offers middle school students in Aspen and Basalt the opportunity to develop specialized skills driven by self-innovation. Community experts who visit select sessions and mentor students work in tandem with an AAM Educator to create a uniquely tailored experience that concludes with a celebratory showcase for friends and family. Fall theme: Art Inspires Art

    • The AAM is celebrating the opening of “Zombies: Pay Attention!” (Galleries 4, 5, and 6) and Robert Montgomery’s “The City in Their Echo” (Roof Deck Sculpture Garden) on Thursday, December 20, beginning at 5:30 p.m., with a gallery walkthrough with the AAM Nancy and Bob Magoon CEO and Director, Heidi Zuckerman! Join us for delicious snacks from SO Café, free wine and beer, a pop-up by the AAM Shop featuring new artist editions, music by GOLDEN, and a complimentary art-making activity for all ages on Level 3.
