    • Expand your skills and style in this advanced workshop for teens. Students will be given the tools and materials needed to conceive and create couture fashion, while stretching current trends using technology with classical garment construction. These unique fashions will be presented to friends and family at an end-of-the-week Fashion Show.

      Active Art: Heritage Park

      Active Art invites seniors to engage in the social dimensions of art. Each month, museum Educators bring free, memory-enhancing activities to the assisted living communities of Whitcomb Terrace in Aspen and Heritage Park in Carbondale.

      Guided Tour

      Free, drop-in spotlight tours led by museum staff are offered every Wednesday and Saturday at 1 p.m.

    • Hosted by Amy and John Phelan, WineCrush is an intimate evening of fine wine, gourmet food, and just the right amount of dancing to complete the experience.

    • Rashid Johnson was born in Chicago, in 1977, and lives and works in New York. A critical theory framework extends across his paintings, sculptures, photography, and video work, investigating legacies of and possibilities for African American intellectual and cultural life. His work has been the subject of recent solo exhibitions at the Milwaukee Art Museum, the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, Kansas City, the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, Moscow, the Grand Palais, Paris, the Drawing Center, the High Line, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver. He is the recipient of the 2018 Aspen Award for Art.

    • ArtCrush is Aspen’s premier summer event benefiting the Aspen Art Museum. This year’s event features the 2018 Aspen Award for Art presentation, a remarkable wine tasting, seated dinner, and both a Live and Silent Auction of major works of contemporary art.

    • A fun-filled dance party, AfterPartyCrush takes place at Aspen’s leading late-night entertainment venue, Belly Up, and features live music from world-famous artist Jellybean Benitez.
