    • The curriculum of this four-session course is built around Sarah Thornton’s newest book, 33 Artists in 3 Acts. Michelle Dezember, AAM Learning Director, will teach the first three sessions, taking cue from the book’s chapter titles and artist case studies. Sarah Thornton will lead the final session, humanizing and demystifying contemporary art. Thornton is the former chief correspondent on contemporary art for the Economist and author of the best-seller Seven Days in the Art World.

Participants are strongly encouraged to preregister and purchase a copy of 33 Artists in 3 Acts, available in the AAM Shop.
