    • What would a book about your life look like? For everyone with a love for words and art, this Workshop is for you! Taking inspiration from Nick Relph’s and Gabriel Kuri’s artist books, participants will learn basic bookbinding to make their very own artist book filled with their personal creations.     • Back by popular demand! For this year’s Lemonade Day–focused Workshop, participants will create their own business and brand inspired by the use of popular culture and icons. Each entrepreneur will learn creative leadership skills and make their very own personalized stand to be used on Lemonade Day.

    • Explore artworks on view that use both chance experimentation and careful choices to make extraordinary creations. Students will have the opportunity to make their own artworks using both approaches, exploring painting, sculpture, and even performance.

    • Adam Pendleton is a conceptual artist known for his multidisciplinary practice. His work centers on an engagement with language and the recontextualization of history. The artist’s work has been exhibited internationally, including the Whitney Museum of American Art, MoMA PS1, the New Museum, New York; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago; Serpentine Galleries, Whitechapel Gallery, London; and Kunstverein, Amsterdam. Pendleton was educated at the Artspace Independent Study Program in Pietrasanta, Italy, and lives and works in New York.
