The Guide Manager is primarily responsible for the hiring, scheduling, managing, and training of the Guides during all open hours and special events. Ensure that the Guides provide excellent customer service and a seamless operation of the visitor experience at the museum. Serves as liaison to Security department.

Bachelor in Art History or equivalent from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role, or any other combination of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
This is a salaried position requiring availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts. The position is exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act and will not receive overtime pay for hours worked in excess of forty in a seven-day workweek or over twelve hours worked in a day.
