ABSENTEE BID
If you are unable to attend Dennis Basso Freestyle on December 28, you may download an Absentee Bid Form from this site. Should you wish to bid on one of these items we strongly urge you to call the Aspen Art Museum at 970.925.8050, and notify us of your intentions to do so before faxing back your Absentee Bid Form(s). Absentee Bid Forms should be faxed to the Aspen Art Museum at 970.925.8054 no later than 5:00 p.m. MST, Tuesday, December 27. An AAM staff member will be assigned to execute your bid in the specified bidding arena. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone on Thursday, December 29, and Friday, December 30, 2011. All works of art and auction items must be removed by Friday, January 9, 2012, or they will be sent to storage at the winning bidder's expense. Contact Special Events Director Jason L.
