Close looking can help us see familiar things in a new way. The AAM welcomes the community to play and engage in Precious Okoyomon’s Every Earthly Morning the Sky’s Light touches Ur Life is Unprecedented in its Beauty, a combination of gardens, algae water, edible fruit and plant life, ceramic sculpture, and sound works.

Planned in collaboration with Bluegreen garden project manager Rio Crandall and designer Preston Linck, participants can choose from a variety of guided activities located throughout the installation, including painting, plant identification, and selecting flowers for your own bouquet.

Bluegreen is a regionally focused firm that draws on a dedication to the mountainous and urban communities of the Rocky Mountains. Working from their studios in Aspen and Golden, Colorado, their close relationship to the surrounding landscapes lends a sensitivity to their work.
